Given the challenges we face today globally and locally, economically and in the business environment; can your organization use innovative ways to instill greater participation and commitment to action that would drive your business to the success you seek, even in the face of these challenges? Stargue organizes in collaboration with the Curaçao Leadership Forum, a High Performance Leadership Workshop on Open Space Technology, in Curaçao, Netherlands Antillen. Description Open Space Technology (OST) quickly enables diverse groups of people, as well as those who work together every day, to tap into the collective intelligence of the whole. The principles, practices, and self-organizing process honor and leverages each person`s passion while calling forth a corresponding commitment to take responsibility for action. In half-day to three-day Open Space gatherings, participants create and manage their own agenda of parallel working sessions around a central theme of strategic importance. By the end of an Open Space Technology meeting, what was most important to the participants has been discussed and recorded, next steps have been identified and commitments for action have been made.
